Who You Work With

Ryan Eberly

Ryan Eberly

Founder

Ryan has spent more than twenty years building and running software inside operating businesses, not advising from the outside. That is the perspective he brings to every engagement.

From 2022 to 2026, he served as Director of R&D in Engineering at a multinational biotech company. There, he led cross-functional teams delivering complex software and product programs. His work combined execution rigor with pragmatic change leadership: translating strategy into operating cadences, measurable goals, and adoption that held after the project ended.

Ryan is a hands-on AI practitioner. He drove GitHub Copilot adoption across engineering teams with clear metrics and specific behavior changes, and tracked the productivity outcomes objectively rather than anecdotally. He prototyped agent workflows that let team members work faster and tackle unfamiliar problems with confidence.

Before that, he spent seventeen years at Goodville Mutual, moving from software developer through supervisor, manager, and director. He managed legacy systems, the business logic inside them, and the people who depended on both.

At Grapht, Ryan leads discovery and AI implementation for our clients. That is the work of finding where the leverage is in a business, and then building it.

Jordan Ritz

Operations and Support

Jordan has been with Eberly Systems since 2012 and is Director of Operations, responsible for the daily work of keeping systems running and clients supported.

Jordan is an integrator: the person who turns a plan into a working operation. That work runs from business strategy and implementation through automation and scripting, and it consistently comes back to making complicated things simple enough to act on.

At Grapht, Jordan leads operations and support: the practical work of keeping engagements stable and our systems delivering consistently.

These are the people who would do the work.
